GRE For Comp Sci Masters

I posted this somewhere else on this site, so if you see this twice, my apologies.

Schools I'm interested in for a Comp Sci Masters Program:
-First choices: Cornell Tech, Georgia Tech, SUNY Stony Brook
-Other options I'm considering: UC Berkeley, UCLA, Columbia, Massachusetts - Amherst, Chicago, Boston U

-GRE: 161V, 161Q, awaiting AW (no prep for this btw)
-Majors: Computer Science; Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computation; Philosophy
-3.85 GPA with two Ws, two years of research (one in mobile app development, one in natural language processing)

First question: Does it look bad to retake the GRE? I want to raise my Q; I'm a Math major, I want to do better than 161. I figure if I actually prepare next time, I'll increase my score at least a couple of points.

Second question: Do I have a good shot of getting into any of those programs? I got denied to a lot of schools coming in to undergrad, and I don't want to get my hopes up to fail all over again.

Thanks!
