<p>There's alot of information out there on the Internet, but recently I stumbled across what I think is probably one of the best "free" guide to college admissions. It was prepared by the Counseling staff at Torrey Pines High School in San Diego, California. Inside, there's a wealth of information and links to help you decide which type of college is best for you, evaluate your admissions strengths and weaknesses, draw up a list of possibilities, and boost your admissions chances. Although there's a particular focus on colleges and universities in California, there's enough here to make it useful for anyone starting the college search. And, it's all free. Here's the link:
