Great score Dilemma...

I took the ACT in November and got the following

Math: 34
English: 33
Science: 25
Reading: 25

Composite: 29

I took it again in December and got the following

Math:31
English: 32
Science: 34
Reading: 33

Composite: 33

Should I send both scores, or just the second? I'm worried that the 29 may lower colleges' opinion of me opposed to if they only saw the 33. The problem is that I'm really good at math, but the fact that I only got 31 in the math composite upsets me, I don't want them to think that I'm bad at math or anything. Also, for my SAT scores:

Math: 730
Verbal:670
Writing: 760
Composite: 2160

MathIIC: 800
BiologyE: 770
US History: 650

will the 800 I got in mathIIC make up for the 31 I got? But the problem is that the SATIII scores come with the unappealing 650. For places such as Yale, should I send both my ACT and my SATII or without the SATII? I want them to see the 800, but that also comes with the 650...

Oh my GOSH, I'm so confused as which scores to send schools. Please, I need help deciding!!
