How's the greek life at GW. What are the most popular fraternities and sororities at GW?

greek life typically is made up of 25% of students, however this year it may have surpassed 30%. It is growing in popularity every year, however, it does not dominate student life, yet it does have a strong presence…some popular fraternites are pike, pi kappa, sigep, phisi, aphi

Are non-frat “guys” able to attend frat parties - or only Greek?

What about sororities… Which ones are honestly the best? What are the girls like?

fraternity parties are usually opened to everyone and anyone…especially during rush…however some have door fee usually like 5 bucks…but ggirls usualy get in free…however, during the year, there will be parties open to brothers only, with the exception that any girls can enter…

…as for sororities, i wouldnt say there are ones better than others…i mean its all wat ur in to…there are sororities for all types of people…the girls in sororities range also…theres alot of cool girls, wierd girls, and jus plain *****y girls,…its pretty diveres…but alot of them are awesome

any certain frat stereotypes?

each frat has its own stereotype…jocky, nerdy, dicks, chill …like i said, eahc one is really different

go to greek rank and click on GW if you really want the stereotypes but thats not really helpful… just rush Pike and Sigep (and aepi if youre jewish)

you will have plenty of time to evaluate each frat/sorority during rush/recruitment. just make sure you check them all out because it’s a big decision
