I think people are selling you short! 2210 SAT/4.0 UW GPA is fantastic, and it seems you have some solid EC’s, + internship and everything:

Georgetown: Yes
Northwestern - Yes
WUSL - WL/Yes
JHU - Yes
Brown - WL/Maybe

Not so sure about the rest.
