GW Student Transfer Chances

Hello, I’m a freshman at GW, and so far I have not very happy with my experience here. My first semester classes where all quite boring and easy, and the business school doesn’t exactly seem spectacular. Also the environment just isn't for me. I’m from Iowa, and graduated ranked about 30/350 from a public high school well known for its quality, with a 1430 SAT (720 M 710 V). Right now I have a 4.0 gpa at GWU and am pretty active in some community service, and band programs. I’m wondering what are my chances at some more prestigious schools with a good business program such as:

UPenn, Wash U St. Louis, Michigan, or any others you can think of.

Note: However, I didn't exactly bond much with any teachers from first term so I’m not expecting amazing recs., do you think it would be better to wait until after sophomore year to transfer, or will this not effect my chances much.

WashU and Michigan both look like fine for you. UPENN is going to be a lot harder since you're a business major and you most likely will try to transfer into Wharton. nobody is a solid lock for that place.
