If you didn’t apply for financial aid, it’s not mandatory. It is used only to determine how much fin aid the applicant needs.
Am I the only one getting nervous reading about the other school early decisions? I just want to know ours already so I can start planning my next steps!!

Guys it’s pointless to talk about how great we are and post our GPA’s. It puts people under a lot of unwanted pressure. We get it, we’re all very smart and very active and none of us know anything about college admissions so we can’t “chance” each other. Let’s focus more on why we want GW and the difference we can make there.
A couple of my friends found out about UPenn today, it’s making me so nervous!
I agree with @golfer170. We should post stats once decisions are posted for the benefit of future applicants but there is no point for us to have ‘‘chances’’ in this thread because we’re all applicants and have no idea what the college is accepting.
I could not agree more with @golfer170 . I have not posted my stats because it is unhelpful to everyone because everything is kept in context in admissions. We cannot understand the working of the admissions office as high schoolers. Yes, we are all anxious, but lets not make it worse by posting how accomplished we are and making other people feel more anxious.
Also, it is known that the Early Decision acceptance rate, over the past few years, has fluctuated quite a bit, so chancing other people almost seems pointless. It is based on the year. Good luck!!

At first I agreed with posting some basic stats just to get a feel for the applicant pool, but I get where you guys are coming from. If you want to be chanced there’s plenty of free online resources from people that know much better than anyone in this group. Also, there was an ED 2019 group from last year, and they all posted their stats when they were admitted so that could be helpful for some of you to see who has been accepted in the past 
One week from now hopefully we will all know our admissions decisions!!!

I haven’t been staring at the clock waiting for my decision till today. All of my friends hearing from Stanford, U Penn, and Vandy has REALLY made me more anxious. Anybody wanna exchange info? Talk through the wait?
