I’m applying to Elliot School but i’ve heard it’s more selective than other schools. I used Columbia School as a back up but if i don’t get into elliot, will i not get into GWU?
If you applied to two schools, you still have a shot if you don’t get accepted into Elliot.
I used the common app and i selected colombian but i said undecided major. Is that really gonna hurt my chances? Also, can you chance me?

No, applying undecided won’t hurt you.
You stats look good (don’t worry about your SAT). I think you’ve got an above-average shot at getting in from them alone. It sounds like your local- have you toured GW? Have you reached-out to the Admissions folks in any capacity? I think that if you were able to convey a strong sense of interest, then I’d be very surprised if you didn’t get accepted overall. As far as accepted into Elliot, I think you still have a good chance.
i went to the admissions office to get a map or see if there were any tours but they were closed, so i just walked around the campus because i was visiting dc for the weekend. as far as reaching out, i’ve only contacted the counselor assigned to my region about my schedule changes and minor questions. is there anything else you recommend as far as showing any interest?
I don’t think there’s anything you can do after-the-fact to convey interest. You can try to call/email the Admissions folks when it gets closer to the time they’ll release results, but I’m not sure if that’ll matter or not.
