Wow I'm glad our school's dress code isn't that strict. If all the guys at my school were clean-shaven I might die...

Yah, we also have to wear a collared shirt and belted khaki shorts or dress pants at all times.

They finally removed the "shirt must be tucked in rule" last year I think. That one was annoying.

I think we also have some shoes dresscode, and I think I'm probably breaking it, but nobody seems to notice.

^ Bleh.

I used to have hair longer than my where my butt is. Now it's just below my shoulders, and while I'm SUPPOSED to have side swept bangs, I got lazy so now I don't bother with them. Therefore I have short strands and then long strands (think Juno... With blonde hair).

Edit: And it's obnoxiously curly/wavy/frizzy.

The longest my hair has ever been was maybe 6 inches or so past my shoulders? I don't like it long at all.

I used to have really long hair but I had to get it cut because my mom doesn't like those loose hairs clogging up the drains in the shower and stuff.

I miss my long hair. I looked like such a Flower Child like that. But it's so much easier to manage now.

P.S. I'm glad that while my school has a dress code, only 1 or 2 teachers enforce it. As long as you don't come wearing just underwear (however, it can be showing), you're pretty much okay.

INVENIAMVIAM, are you stalking me. That's kind of creepy :p.

Lol. Our dress code is really pretty lenient - the most aggravating rule is that now, all of a sudden, we can't wear sleeveless shirts/dresses. Even if they're nice and pretty modest. No "three fingers wide" rule or crap like that, it's gotta have sleeves :[ Half my wardrobe had to be replaced lol.

I never really had to worry about that kind of stuff (despite my lenient dress code) because I'm a strictly band t-shirt and jeans kind of girl.

Moodrets, do you go to an all-boys school? Cause our school has the exact same rules. Stubble is okay at ours though, and seniors are exempt from this rule.

Anyway, my hair changes depending on the seasons. In the summer, it's pretty long and kinda thick. Like a cross between skaters' and swimmers' hair. In the winter, I get it buzzed. The sides are short-to-fade (#3 - #1), while the top is about a quarter inch (#4).

straight dark brown ('cause it ain't black) hair to a bit below my shoulders. it's layered, I think, but my last haircut was around 4 months ago, and I don't forsee another one coming for a while. haha. if it's not irritating, I won't bother dealing with it.

and it's usually worn in a loose ponytail. sometimes I can be bothered enough to put it in braids.

Yep, and we actually can't have hair that's, like, lower than our eyebrows. And if they catch us with facial hair they give us detention and force us to shave at lunch.

It's a Catholic school (alas...) so we also have these annoying days when we have to wear suits, ties, and dresspants, and also dress shoes, and my pair of dress shoes is really uncomfortable.

Huzzah for public schools!

My hair is really long, thick and wavy. It takes about half a bottle of shampoo to get it clean lol. I like having long hair, but I'll probably get it trimmed because now it's turned into a mane so I resemble a yeti or something (well maybe not. But it is a lot of hair).

Oh the days of Catholic school... we had to have our hair in one neat braid with hair pins, regulation shoes, socks and uniform, boys had ties and girls had sashes, no make up or jewelry... They'd do "inspections" where all us little kids would have to line up and pray that everything was in order, knees knocking together as we trembled when the headmistress would walk by. Good times.

i have really thick blonde hair to my butt. haven't trimmed it in years, so there are tons of split ends. i use whatever shampoo is lying around, othewise dial hand soap works fine.

I went all Britney Spears last year and hacked off all my hair because I was so stressed and ****ed off so I have awkward growing out hair always held by a headband or a hat.

I was very very close to shaving my head a la Britney Spears, but she beat me to it, and I didn't want to look like I was trying to be like her... lol.

Mine is about up to my shoulders, dark brown/black,and REALLY curly.
