Where do Penn guys get haircuts? On campus; Off campus?

I saw a haircut place by Stouffer on Spruce, near the old Triangle Diner. I'm not too much of an expert on this, I just got into Penn and saw it when walking to breakfast.

The only two places I know of, are by former tri-di, and one on 37/38 walnut by Commerce Bank.

As far as I know they are both $20 (including tip). I've only had my haircut at the one by tri di, and it was fine.

there is also Saturn which is right above Black Cat on Sansom St. This is more of a women's salon but they give good male haircuts unlike on the corner of 38th & Walnut, and the one next to the former tri-di (both of those places are ghetto). Saturn is a bit more pricey at $35 including tip. Or you can go down to center city and find a place.

at saturn you have to tip everyone though. like bern said there are tons of places in center city that are classy salon/spas. Once again though you will run into a price issue. saturn club works if you find someone good. i have had a few dissappointing haircuts there before.

Forget the haircut at school, rock the shag, I love it.

haha what a funny question

Grow your hair REALYYYYYYYYYYY long then tie it up in a pony tail and cut it with a knife.. like Mulan did except make it shorter

i'm sorry, but did you just reference Mulan. I for one am shocked and disgusted.

There's a scary little salon on the ground floor of the Maloney Building.
