Do you guys go home for the holidays? (Especially the ones out of state)

happy thanksgiving yall:)

We get a fall break, thxgiving break, and winter break first semester. No more mini HS days off. theres no point, it's just one fewer day of lecture in which to learn the material. This is college: if you need a day off, don't go to class. Breaks are really meant as times you can travel home or get an extended amount of time off every month and a half or so to recouperate. I don't know what the spring semester breaks are yet because I haven't given them much thought. I know kids from florida who fly home, or who meet their family in a metropolitan area. One girl from florida is meeting her fam. in NYC and spending thanksgiving there with them. Because of plane travel, it's no trouble going home for break if you're domestic, though my friend from Pakistan isn't about to go home to celebrate thanksgiving heheh ;)
