What I meant was, what do you think the hardest college in the country to get in to?

My vote= United States Naval Academy Whhooooooo

probably curtis institute of music IMO

Juliard
HYP
the service acadamies

are all at the top

Dsc Ftw!!!!!!

USMA biatch

USNA, USMA, and USAFA are all the same-- pretty much impossible unless you get lucky!

All these people who say "Harvard" do not need Congressional Nomination to go there. One thing about the Service Academies-- you need a 1200 SAT or they won't even take a sniff at you for candidacy. Over 50,000 inquire every year to each service academy, the Academies allow 12000 candidates, all who have either over 1200 or 3.8 gpa. Then after that, they only 4300 are nominated from all 50 states and from there, 1200 are chosen after interviews, medicals exams, and the longest applications on earth!

Community College

my mom just got rejected from a community college

See what I mean? jk, sorry she got rejected.

IIT. Indian Institute of Technology. NBC Dateline (or 60 minutes or somthing) did a report on the school. A professor's son was rejected and went to Harvard instead-he wasn't the only one. Yikes!

^agreed, my cousin-in-law went there and he's BRILLIANT

Wharton(UPENN) and Stern(NYU) are not quite THE HARDEST, but they're up there, like in the top 100 hardest to get into in the US. :D

Curtis Institute of Music and IIT (the saying goes: if you can't get into IIT, there's always MIT)

CIM, IIT, USMA, USNA, Juilliard School of Music.

Isn't Harvey Mudd one of the most selective colleges in the US?

The hardest is definitely the Curtis Institute of Music

4%!!!!

The hardest American university is Yale, with an 8.6% acceptance rate this year.

deep springs?

Yeah, I wish more people knew about Deep Springs. It's awesome; essentially it is an intense and one-of-a-kind experience in the desert for two years. Most of their students then go on to transfer into HYP and similar schools. Very cool program.
