In the mean time all we can do is relax-wax

LOL!!! Well even though my anxiety has reached its zenith during this trying time, it has been exciting too since you know students all around the world can congregate here and share the same thoughts :-)

Not surprised, Harvard is really overrated.

Tch. This guy’s counterpart posted a similar thread in the MIT forum. ■■■■■, much?

Who cares?

Why are you all feeding the ■■■■■?

Two words. Jealous, much?

I must admit, I’m (just a little) jealous of anyone who manages to get into Harvard with a 1960 on the SAT. But then again, complaining about it on CC like this is a total waste of time and effort.

Naturally anyone would be jealous of someone who got in with a 1960. But the intent of my post wasn’t to be condescending and label this as some impossible jabberings, as it very much could happen.

I was just pointing out that we’re all wasting our time posting here, succumbing to the wants of some ■■■■■-poster, who is obviously trying to incite some rage with these useless threads. You’ve entirely misunderstood my post, MasterFox72, and, in my eyes, made yourself look like an idiot.

No need to get jealous or otherwise tie yourself up in knots over this report of someone getting in with a 1960. Didn’t it ever occur to people that the story is unlikely to be true? People can post any score they want here and claim they got in. There is no way to verify any of this.

Ahhhhh, what would life be without bitter people?.. much less entertaining thats for sure!

This guy had another thread on a different account on the MIT forum that ended up being closed. I suggest whoever the moderator is for the Harvard forum does the same.

Where is Professor Quirrell when you need him…

hey @ jakolmaster try going to a non-ivy school if you really want to find snobbery (although, there are plenty of humble people there too)

the ivy league students in the IVY LEAGUE… not much need to brag… IMO, its the people at the “almost ivy” schools that have the biggest problems - they think they need to prove to the world that they are just as good as the ivy league (and in most cases they are).

however, you cant pretend for one second that every person who attends harvard is either a) a snooty ■■■■■■■ or b) only got in out of some ethic lottery… dont be so closed minded and racist.
