<p>I happened to be looking at the Harvard application the other day and I noticed for RD that they have a recommended deadline of Dec. 15. So would it be in people’s favor to get it in by then? I mean I know if won’t play a big role, but would it help even a little?</p>
<p>No. It's just their attempt to not be swamped with mail right after the deadline. If it comes in moderation, they have time to sort it all out.</p>
