<p>I applied RD! I was accepted REA to Stanford, so im not stressing Harvard. But, I think Harvard is the only school that I would seriously consider over Stanford. It would be a tough choice to have to choose between the two schools, but I hope I will have to make it!</p>
<p>I’m just like you, Xargon42 – cept I think I prefer Harvard slightly over Stanford at the moment. It’d be a difficult choice if I got into Harvard, though (wishful thinking, haha).</p>
<p>ah. I think I slightly prefer Stanford over Harvard so, I feel really lucky because I can just see what happens, and there is essentially no loss if things dont go my way</p>

I also applied to UChicago early and got accepted, but got deferred from Georgetown (one of my top choices) and BC (safety)</p>
<p>im applying to Harvard RD and I feel like I have no chance bc the other two kids who are applying (that I know of) are minority boys, and one of them has higher scores and grades than me.</p>
<p>HOWEVER, i have the best ECs in my entire school so I hope the post about Harvard weighing ECs heavily would help me a lott

<p>i have yet to submit my supplement though, as I am having trouble writing a brilliant optional essay. I also submitted an arts supplement in photography which Im nervous about bc Harvard wants “extraordinary abilities” in the arts supplements.</p>

I know it may be crunch time for some of you guys doing those last minute applications and I just wanted to encourage you by letting you know that having successfully completed my first semester @ Harvard, it is all truly worth it!! So don’t stress and be yourself.</p>
