Harvard RD Class of 2020 Applicant Thread

Yeah. Hope I don’t end up in the same class as @harvard2020babe

You know, if y’all aren’t too enthusiatic about those Yale likely letters, you could send one my way.
Hell, I didn’t apply to Stanford, but I’d take it off your hands for ya. It would be a far far better thing that I would do than I have ever done. And it would be a far far better college that I would go to and all that jazz.

I can’t even handle the word “only” in that sentence.

You know what guys I apologize if I sounded that way. Didn’t mean it to sound like that. I was just only stressed and wondering about Harvard’s likely letter status. I’m sure you guys are all amazing and talented people that colleges like the ivies would be lucky to have

Who else has no idea what’s going on with their lives right now?

Anyone accepted to UNC Chapel Hill?

I was accepted in dec to Stanford and today I got into MIT. Even if I get into Harvard, which I probably won’t, I’ll still probably choose Stanford. Everything will be fine guys! Enjoy the rest of senior year.

Congrats on your acceptance to two extremely great schools @potterfan !

Thank you guys! Dreams do come true!

Congrats to everyone here!

The wait continues…

The suspense is killing me!! - Probably most people over here

These last two weeks are passing by so so so so so so slowly…

@whitespace IKR. I wish I could just die for 2 weeks and come back to life later.

I just want to see my rejection letter already so I can frame it…:< The waiting is worse than a rejection letter.

@hola1997 That’s a good outlook. And yeah, I almost want to frame it too. Use it as motivation to try and get into Harvard Law later.

Umm no offense but that sounds kinda depressing

Depressing or realistic?

just depressing :))

but then again im not very fond of reality

I think of it this way - I applied to these schools, spent a few hours on each application… They likely spent a few minutes on each application. If they judge me to be a good addition to their school, then that’s fantastic and I will come and do the best I can to make a positive impact. But no matter where I end up, I know I’ll be able to take advantage of a wealth of opportunities and chart my own course for success. It’s really more up to me than it is the admissions committees.
