I hope the dance is fun, lol come on think about it...bunch of kids who want to study over summer. HOW CANT IT BE FUN!!! lol Hopefully it won't be to bad.

The SSP dances are not formal. Yeah, it's a bunch of kids who want to study over the summer, but you'll find people who want to party, you'll find people who just want to chill, you'll find people who want to study all hours of the day and night.

I did SSP last year as a rising senior, took BIO-S1ab, and lived in Straus B. If anyone has general SSP questions or specific course/dorm questions feel free to email me (david06@gmail.com) or IM me (davidr06)

The Harvard Bookstore (not affiliated with Harvard) is cheaper in some cases than the Coop. The Coop is really convienient but if you're really trying to save as much on books as possible, try the Bookstore too... It's on Mass Ave right past Plympton St.

Yeah well, s'probably the only way they could ensure no one misses the beginning of school. Only having two days between the end of finals and the beginning of Harvard does kind of suck though. Bleh.

I am Gireesh... I am taking Micro and Macro Econ... I will be living in Wigglesworth... I dont c that many ppl in that dorm.. Can someone please tell me how the dorm room is set up..I also would like to play tennis over the summer... my Aim is gireeshtgr... feel free to IM me

dude...there're like 1,000 high schoolers there...there's more to do than tennis, you've just found a site which happens to have a lot of tennis players...don't worry about it.

and although this is a bit late for this message, greenough's fine...i thoroughly enjoyed being on the yard, and I don't think I'da preferred greenough but my friends in pennypacker (greenough's twin) and greenough absolutely adored their dorm, so it's all a matter of perspective. Because of the people I was around, I wouldn't trade straus even for grays, which had singles, it's all a matter of what you make of it.

man...your tv watching is gonna be rather limited...you can always bring a fridge, and if they bring one too, whoopy, you have 2 fridges...but really, i was there for 8 weeks, and my tv-watching over the entire time consisted of a few DVDs (which i could either watch on my laptop, in one of the tv viewing rooms in various dorms, or in my proctor's room, when she had a small party for us once a week...you don't need a tv

anyone doing short session II only? if so, what class are you taking? can anyone give some advice about the Astronomy and the International Law class? thanks.

i'm doing this so last minute. i can't decide btwn harvard & yale's programs.

I am just wondering if you can borrow your textbooks from the Harvard libraries?
Also what sort of stuff do we need to bring for our beds?
pillows, blankets, linen???
thanks!
