harvard supplemental material LATE!!

i am sending in a supplement to my application (music/arts/research thing) and i realized that the envelope has been sitting in my kitchen and was never sent! i'm going to send it by tomorrow or wednesday but I'm nervous they won't accept it! do you think it will be okay if it's a week late? my actual app/supplement were on time i submitted them ages ago.

I don't know. I just attached my supplementary material in the "additional information" part of the (online) Common App. I didn't want to pay 60 dollars or so to send just a few poems.

As long as you got some info to them before the deadline, they should have opened a file for you. Everything else can just file in after the date (but obviously, not too late after that) especially since many other parts, particularly, mid year report and teacher recs don't typically arrive until after January 1st. You should probably be fine but do call the admissions office if you are concerned.

I emailed them on their e-mail contact form but got a generic reply that I know didn't come from a real person, but because the contact i clicked was "deadlines". Oh well, it was mailed today and will get there by the end of the week so I hope all is well.
