<p>We should def. all talk before we go, would anyone who has gotten their packet post what's in it? I think the email said that housing is supposed to be part of the packet- I want Winthrop house, that's where JFK lived, and Ted and Joe P. </p>
<p>I want to try and get in in the fall if at all possible, I'm going to call my transfer admissions counselor once I get my packet and talk to her about getting my name on some sort of list for that.
But yay for all of us!</p>

<p>Hello! I'm a Fall '06 admit. I got my packet, but it was sent to my house and I am at my apartment at school :( . My mom said that it had the reply card (by june 5th), stuff about housing, pin and id #s etc. She is mailing it to me, I can't wait to pick housing!!!!!</p>
<p>does it come with the Harvard Certificate of Admission???</p>

i'm a freshman at northwestern right now which means im on the damn quarter/trimester system and its driving me insane cuz i still have 2 weeks of school left....</p>

yeah i'm "technically" deciding between Harvard and Williams (which is basically identical to swarthmore) but im going to harvard because im afriad im gonna get claustrophobic with the small size.</p>

how come?</p>
<p>two reasons:</p>
<p>1) At my current school, in the program i'm currently enrolled in, we have to start taking classes that are vocational in nature, so if i attended there in the fall, hardly any of my credits would transfer to harvard and I'd fall behind graduation/concentration-wise. </p>
<p>2) My parents are moving out of the country this summer, so it'd be really hard for me to transport all my things by myself to Cambridge in the winter. If i could go in the fall, I'd start the summer session, and move the bulk of my stuff there then with my parents.</p>
<p>ooo i bet they'll let you in for fall. you def. have a better reason than me, i just want to start in the fall. oh well....</p>
