I have an interview with KPMG for their Discover KPMG program and I was wondering what kind of questions they are going to ask? Has anybody had an interview for this type of program? Please share your summer program experience too if you have participated in one. Thanks.

same question! i just applied to deloitte and e&y for their summer programs as well.

is it REALLY competitive? pwc already contacted me and said they are looking for "other work experience"... i have a subpar gpa and standard work experience for a sophomore in college (administrative work, some retail, basic accounting tax firm)

How'd your interview turn out? What questions did they ask? What did you find out about the program itself?

I thought the interview went ok, but I wasn't accepted into their program. If you're wondering, each of the Big 4 firms have this type of summer program sophomores that usually lasts a few days. You meet people from the firm, what they do, and you might make some kind of presentation. All the questions asked are pretty general: They asked about the jobs I had on my resume, what makes you interested in accounting, what kind of work environment you like, a question about ethics, etc.

Sorry to hear that it didn't pan out. Best of luck in your search.

I have an interview with PwC in a week and a half, I spoke with the recruiter and she told me that the majority of the interview questions will be behavioral.

And apparently PwC has second round interviews for their summer leadership, anyone know if thats the case for the other big 3?

Hi,

Oh wow its been a year since I’ve posted in this one. I took part in Discover KPMG, and it’s just a one-day event- but looks great on your resume. I have been asked about the program in EACH of my interviews, EACH.
