<p>Haha...believe it or not, I know some pretty intelligent people who have done really gross on the SAT...it's USELESS I TELL YOU!!!!!!!! Not to mention, I personally did a lot better when I had some alcohol in my system, I reccommend it to everyone :)</p>

<p>oh right, like some people who are really, really poor and have been raised by immigrants should be measured on the same scale with ridiculously rich kids whose parents spent 5million dollars on SAT prep classes. </p>
<p>if all things were equal, it would be a better measure of intelligence. colleges realize this and that's why they take multiple things into consideration</p>
<p>1440, 730, 690, 700, i dunno my gpa but my average is i think a 96 unweighted, 98 weighted, bunch of ec's...I guess nothing that stood out though. It needs to be April 1st already!</p>
<p>There are applicants that get into Cornell and other "most selective" colleges with an 1180 on the SAT. These applicants tend to be targeted applicants. They are athletes, urms, legacy, development cases, those with special talents, etc.</p>
