Anyone been awarded the middle class scholarship? my parents don’t make a ton of money, actually we aren’t well off at all but i guess we are considered middle class and im hoping to get this so my parents don’t have to take out so many loans
We got a sliver of it last year. For some silly reason, they come well into the school year. It showed up as a credit in October as i recall, about halfway through the Fall semester at most CSUs. In effect, you get a big discount on Spring tuition. There was quite a bit of talk about re-working the qualification. Year 1 was just income based, they are to include assets… I am not sure what came of that. The official web site still show just income.
