Does P90x really work? :O

absolutely.

im getting compliments from all over the place from ppl i havnt seen throughout all summer. im around 5’8 and started at 125lb, now im 133lb. i started off very skinny (i still am), but my shoulders and arms noticeably got bigger; i have more definition and tone on my body after doing p90x and my abs are starting to sculpt in a way that i dont have to flex anymore to see the sixpack. p90x wont make u huge (u need proper exercise equipment for that), but its a good workout program to get u prepped for the gym. i lost fat, and gained some muscle. my fitted clothes seem to compliment my body alot better than it used to. i definately got more narcissistic (i cant resist the urge to check my self out in front of a mirror when im alone LOL) after doing p90x haha but i have absolutely no regrets doing p90x over the summer.

the only thing i regret is not taking pictures of my body before i started; i didnt take them because i wasnt confident that ill make any progress. but, if u stick to it and give and 1 hour or 1.5hour of ur time everyday doing this, and cut back on all the junkfood and soda. ull definately see results.

I completed the system.

it works, but so does any other form of exercise.

final conclusion: overpriced and overrated!

^haha i agree.

arghhh im a pirate! haha. if u can get ur hands on it for free, then its worth it :P

Nice… too bad I probably won’t have time though…

I just worked out 5x a week under my own plan. Purely used my bowflex dumbells and a bench, it was adequate for everything I needed to do.
Shoulders
Back
Triceps/Chest (UBER LONG DAY)
Biceps
Legs

It was a good plan, I didn’t take a ton of supplements and my weight hovered around 167 (6’0 tall). I usually do cardio but I heard sorority girls like sculpted bodies so I went all sociopath this summer.

Machines<<<<<free weights

ohh… really? i dont think being HUGE is that attractive. but im a guy, and a girls opinion matters more to me than a guys opinion haha.

My name is GracedPresence. In the mornings, I do stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.

^^ Hello patrick bateman. Im planning on using rimac/immatural sports/basketball/swimming/surfing to workout at ucsd.

Immatural? Don’t you mean intramural? :D

"^^ Hello patrick bateman. Im planning on using rimac/immatural sports/basketball/swimming/surfing to workout at ucsd. "

hahaha

American Psycho. Classic classic.

Yeah I’m doing a similar routine minus the intramural and b-ball substituted with running.

…sigh.

yes, p90x works, but so does EVERY OTHER WORKOUT PROGRAM out there. if you stick to a well-designed workout program, it WILL work.

i’m sick of people acting as if p90x is some new, revolutionary way of getting fit. p90x is a WEIGHT-LOSS program, nothing more, nothing less. if you are out of shape, i guess you can use p90x to cut your bodyfat down so that you can start your bulk, but p90x doesn’t work any better than any other weight-loss workout program out there.

i guess if you want to look like one of those “myspace ripped kids”, then go ahead and do p90x and pretend like you have a nice body when in reality you don’t. but if you want to pack on some muscle and actually gain mass, then don’t do p90x, but rather just lift hard.

if you are some skinny ass kid, please, for the love of god, don’t do p90x.

intramural?

Lol, yeah that.

Guys, just lift heavy and eat a multivitamin. 100% Guaranteed Results. Good luck with your lifts in 2009!

“ohh… really? i dont think being HUGE is that attractive. but im a guy, and a girls opinion matters more to me than a guys opinion haha.”

If you were huge, you wouldn’t think that. Haha

I just use old spice. SWAN DIVE

i didnt know exercise was discriminatory against skinny ass kids. lol

guiltyyyyy. haha.
