Has anyone gotten into Soc 1 or Poli Sci 2 w/ waitlist position 67 and 71?

<p>I want to take Political Science 2 and Sociology 1 next semester. I'm waitlisted at position 71 for Poli Sci 2 and at position 67 for Sociology 1.</p>

<p>I'm a little worried about not getting into the classes because my waitlist position is so high. Has anyone been in my situation before and ended up getting into the class?</p>

<p>Your overall waitlist position is irrelevant. It's your position on the discussion waitlist that's important. Unfortunately, telebears doesn't tell you that. Call the polisci advisers and ask where you are on that waitlist.</p>
