<p>How easy/difficult is to transfer to Rice from another institution? I am currently a freshman at the University of Houston as an electrical engineering major and I am thinking about transferring to Rice probably during spring 2008 or, at the latest, fall 2008. What factors would Rice consider besides GPA? SAT scores? Personal statements? Are there any minimum GPA requirements? Are my high school credentials going to be a factor? I am an Honors College student at U of H, something which I am hoping will help my cause. If anyone has transferred to Rice, I would like to hear from him/her. Thank you.</p>
