Has anyone transferred to a top school without submitting test scores?

I’m planning on transferring and I wanted to know if anyone ever got into schools like the UC’s, Georgetown, Hopkins, etc. without submitting their SAT or ACT scores. I know those colleges and probably others have allowed submitting test scores to be optional. I preferably would like to know what those of you who are community college students do. My friend got into Brown and Georgetown from a community college without submitting any test scores but I would wanna hear of other cases.

UCs take junior level transfers and do not use SAT or ACT scores for transfer applicants.

In general, high school based stuff including SAT and ACT scores becomes less relevant or not used for junior level transfers because they have more of a college record.

Check the website for each college under “transfers”-- that will tell you what they want to see.

Do you think people will have a lesser chance of getting in if they don’t submit their test scores if the school is test optional? @ucbalumnus @Dustyfeathers
