I got an email from Penn on the 22nd saying that "In reviewing your Early Decision application to the University of Pennsylvania, we have found that we are still missing the following part(s) of the application:

SAT or ACT"

I checked my College Board account, and it said that my scores were sent on November 19, 2013. The email suggested that even though the scores may have already been submitted, I should resend them. Should I rush send my scores? I'm freaking out a little bit, so please help D:

Seeing that your scores were sent pretty close to the time you got the email, I’m guessing Penn hasn’t finished processing your scores yet. If I were you, I would resend my scores just in case (better safe than sorry), but even if you don’t you’ll probably be fine.

@kv1296 Thanks so much for the quick reply and hopefully that’s the case. I just rush sent my scores, so I’m crossing my fingers that they’ll receive my scores soon.

I sent Upenn an outside recommendaiton letter through the mail and didn’t include my common application number… i only included my name and the school i am applying to… will they get the letter or should i fax the letter right now with the letter head?
