āManagementā is pretty arbitrary, a manager at the local McDonaldās is considered getting into āmanagementā. I wouldnāt say that Mike has any superior āpeople skillsā, he just comes from a pretty tough background and is a pretty level-headed and mature kid.</p>
<p>Heās gonna do good in life though. Heās driven to succeed, he just had a lot on his plate in HS, with two younger brothers and a single mother.</p>
