Hello!
I was accepted as of 3/28 and I got a scholarship with my letter of acceptance. I know many folks have got their financial aid packet before their acceptance, so I'm very curious where mine is. I have emailed with no responses (4 days) and whenever I call the office, no one answers. Anybody have any experience or have a solution possibly for me? My web advisor has no record either.

Thanks

When did you submit your FAFSA? Did you make sure to list Chapman as one of the schools on the list for FAFSA to send results to? Did you receive any kind of confirmation that they received your info?

I haven’t gotten my financial aid packet either. Did you check your required documents page on your webadvisor? I submitted my fafsa but I didn’t send in any of the required documents like copies of tax forms or dependency verification and that’s why I haven’t received mine yet.

As Cangaroo had said, missing required documents could be the problem. Please make sure they have your correct ssn. Often they are missing student’s ssn. The best time to call the Financial Aid Office or the Business Office is in the morning or early afternoon before 4p.m… For the Business Office, it is best to email your Student Account Representative your questions. Here are a couple of links that are very useful and handy.
I submitted FAFSA on 1/5. It doesn’t say anything about it on the web advisor. I’ll try and call again tomorrow.
