When I apply for law school I will have about 10 transcripts. 1 will be from my graduating university, and will have roughly 90-100 units including all of my upper division work and my lower division prerequisites for my major.

The other 9 are from a bunch of community colleges I attended to fulfill my GE. Some of the schools I went to I accidentally registered for and then dropped the class after realized that I registered for a class at the wrong college (since community colleges are separated into districts with one registration system). And some others, I just took one class. And then some others, I just dropped or stopped going to class and got an F. So some of the transcripts have very little on them. Regardless, they have in total 55 units with a 3.0 GPA.

I'm not trying to hide my GPA or my classes, I just don't want my application to look ridiculous by sending in 10 transcripts when really, only 1 is important! I think on my main transcript it will note that I had 55 units from community college with a 3.0 GPA, and it will show my cumulative GPA. Is it okay just to send that one? Not only do I not want the additional transcripts to distract the admissions, but it will be very costly to pay for 10 transcripts to be sent to each of the schools I apply to :(.

You are required to send every single transcript from every single school that you have attended.

Yes, you will have to pay for 10 transcripts to be send to the LSDAS (if your school requires you to pay for them). To not send them would mean that the law school would rescind your admissions, dismiss you once you have been admitted. It will all come out in the back ground check for the bar.

To not send them would leave you with ~200k of debt, a worthless piece of paper and the inability to be admitted to the bar.

You will have the transcripts from your 10 different colleges sent to the LSAC (LSDAS).

The LSAC will forward your transcripts to the law schools along with your LSAT scores, recommendation letters, applications, etc.

You will not have to pay for 150 transcripts, just 10. However, you will probably have to pay 15 processing fees if you apply to 15 different schools (it used to be 12 per school I do not know how much it is now).
