Having soo much trouble choosing! HELP!

Ok, so my dilemma is that I want to go to a 4 year school and suck up the whole college experience. But in my case, I slacked off a little in high school and can't get accepted into the good schools that I want. My question is should I do community or a 2 year get my grades up then try and transfer to the college of my dreams or go to a 4 year that will accept me now and suck up the college experience I want. Keep in mind you only live once. I think the 2 year plan is smart but I don't want to waste 2 years of an experience I will only get once. All feedback is appreciated Thanks!

How bad are your grades? How about your ACT/SAT?

1.55 GPA and 1400 SAT 490 CR 450 Math 460 Writing. I’ve been accepted to schools such as Centenary College, Anna Maria, and Texas El-Paso. But I’ve been thinking that if I make the decision to go there merely because I got accepted, I will regret it.

What is your dream college?

I would personally transfer after two years. You don’t have to go to community college either (although that would be smart money wise). You can also transfer from a four year college that you’ve been accepted into.

Dream College = Rutgers, Penn State, Central Florida, Maryland. Needless to say I would need to do extremely well in community or whatever I plan on doing.

Transfer after 2 years. Not many places you can go with < 2.0 GPA.
