Community College Two year agreement on transfer vs. transfer on your own

Hey everyone I need some major advice/help. I am currently a high school senior and the two top main state schools I applied to I got denied into. They were Temple University and West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I have been accepted into some great private schools and have been recently thinking of going to Widener University. Although, I have been lingering on the thought of transferring out to one of my main top school choices. I am a very average student in high school or atleast from my transcrip of the past three years in high school. For my senior year so far I have been on the Distinguished Honor Roll and doing ALOT better which I'm hoping will boost my GPA. On the SATs I did not do so well in each section I got about 400's and overall ended up with a 1210 my second time around taking them. I am planning on doing very well for my first year, in saying that should I go to community college for a year and hope by doing well my senior year and the first year that applying transfer would I most likely have a good chance on getting accepted to either or both state schools. Or just go with the dual admissions two year program with one of the schools and stay at community college. I am afraid that staying around community college won't let me have my college experience I am a very social outgoing person and COULD NOT WAIT to get to college have my own dorm, roomate, get involved, greek life etc. PLEASE HELP someone I'm so lost .. although, I am currently waiting on my finanical aid packages to arive and that could also factor into it.
