<p>Jon Morris '63 is a finalist for the Patriots HOF and you can vote on the Patriots web site. Jon has been nominated by the New England Patriots as a finalist for their Hall of Fame. I thought you might be interested and consider voting in his favor. <p>I have read and considered all the excellent candidates resumes and find Jon's candidacy to be compelling. Hopefully you arrive at the same conclusion and are compelled to join me and vote for the recognition of Jon's extraordinary career, not only scholastically and at The Cross but especially in the NFL.</p>

<p>Patriots 2008 Hall of Fame Finalists
A 27-person nomination committee recently met to identify three former Patriots as finalists for Hall of Fame induction this year. To be eligible, a player or head coach must be retired from the NFL for at least four years.</p>

<p>Now it is up to you to decide. From May 1 until July 4, 2008, Patriots fans will have an opportunity to cast their votes for the finalist they think is most deserving of the honor. The top vote getter will be notified in early August and will become the 13th player in franchise history to earn his place in The Hall, joining:</p>

<p>(listed alphabetically with year of induction) Bruce Armstrong (2001), Nick Buoniconti (1992), Gino Cappelletti (1992), Bob Dee (1993), Steve Grogan (1995), John Hannah (1991), Mike Haynes (1994), Jim Lee Hunt (1993), Stanley Morgan (2007), Steve Nelson (1993), Vito “Babe” Parilli (1993) and Andre Tippett (1999). </p>
