<p>You woukd think… It’s been since 9-20. They were still processing on 10/5 her gpa. The admiss women I communicate with is oout until the 28. My s is a sophomore. Hevheardvon 10/2. Hebhad 1190 sat and 3.7. Two years ago</p>
<p>@overcome11- they just first accept people with the highest scores. So even if you were the first person, but you just had decent scores, they’re not going to get back to you for awhile. </p>
<p>@southflmom- I can actually understand why your daughter was deferred because she wasn’t very involved with school and she has a 3.0 unweighted gpa. UCF recalculates GPA according to their own scale, so her weighted gpa isn’t really that important. What is important is her recalculated gpa. However, I think your daughter will get in as long as she keep her grades up high.</p>

<p>WE got IN!!! Carly is so excited!! Checked at 1:10 and it ws changed. Her stats are 25 ACT 3.8 recalculated GPA from UCF- Varsity cheerleader, captain, and soccer player From outside Philadelphia she did two essays and had letters of recs</p>

one of my students got in today. Her Stats are: about 3.5/1810 composite/27 composite. She applied september 12th for the Fall.</p>

<p>Congrats to all that are in! That’s simply great! I really hope I get lucky-my brother has been rejected, and we’re waiting to hear from me. What are my chances, other then slim?</p>
<p>22 ACT, which I plan to retake in decemember. Average GPA. Maybe 3.3, but currently holding a 3.9 right now. Am in three AP classes this year. Have writen two novels (on my own time) was a cheerleading coach for three years. Won a handful of writing awards, including having a piece of writing published in ‘teenink’ magazine. Have been playing violin for 10 years, and compete in competitions were I receive either a ddivision II (excellent) and division I (superior). Also play viola, cello and base. Have about 630 hours of community service, and I’m openly admit that my essays were probably my best writing, from what I’ve done. I’m just hoping to be defered:) Congrats to all who have been accepted!</p>
<p>Also, I applied for summer term. Out of state, but have florida pre paid (originally from sarasota). Everything has been in sense september 5th.</p>
<p>I just got denied. I am in state 24 ACT 3.3 gpa, I have ECs, and 100+ CC hours. Was not even deferred.</p>
<p>I honestly was shocked. I was very upset at first, but I can understand it now its alright. Also I need to ask is the SAT I UCF total only the Verbal + math total? Because that seems like what it is.</p>

<p>I’m in state, 24 ACT too, 3.8 gap and a lot of EC’s, 300 Community Sericve, and published a short story…I thought I was solid of getting in but I applied by September 16th and still no response I’m soooo scared UCF is my dream school </p>

<p>I applied to summer and it was weighted. Do you know if the MyUCF SAT Total was just total of Verbal + Math or if it was supposed to include writing as well? Mine only was total of verbal + math, and I am wondering if that was a mistake.</p>
