If they start giving out decisions this weekend do you think we will know since we had ours received in early to mid this month

I think on two terms, when it comes to desisions. If they had an applicant who applied early, with very high stats, odds are they’ll recieve an acceptence within the first wave. I also think that individuals who are defered will find out, because UCF knows that they then need to continue with certain measures, sense as maybe taking the ACT/SAT again. I feel as though those are the first groups to find out, or the first they want to get out their quickly. But, I do have a gut feeling that we’ll be finding out very, very soon. Maybe this weekend, and my gut tends to be right a fair amount of the time.

We both have average stats and we applied for summer, not fall. So I think that gives us a good chance to find out this weekend.

I really hope so. I’m kind of curious, because it’s some kind of tradition at my work. I’m the younges there, and my managers (Who are in their early 20’s) have shared the odd coincidence. One of the manegers found who he was accepted to Benidictine (A college here) while at work. Then, my other manager found out she was accepted to her college (northern illinois university) while at work. Then, lastely, a couple years ago, my co worker charlie found out that he was accepted into University of Illinois while at work. It’s a bit weird, but I’m crossing my fingers that this weekend it can happen to me, too:)

From what I’ve seen, decisions are usually known on Fridays and the weekend.

Check your account now-someone has just found out a desision. No change for me or my brother, but you have stronger stats.

Nothing for me

If I could make a really good quess, I would say it’s going to be a ripple affect now. I feel like this weekend, the updates are going to start filling in more fully.

Which is not good. :/

It’s not good that ppl are getting in and we haven’t had our status updated with decisions

Ah, don’t think like that. Be positive and optimistic. Really, my words probably mean little to nothing, but I am very confident that you will get in, based on your stats. You’re in almost the perfect position. A good GPA (for summer) and a competitive ACT score.

Idk. I know more decisions will go out this weekend, but I’m sure it won’t be mine.

Stay positive, it will pay off.

Mmmm. Who got in and what were the stats

That one individual who started the thread. Unaware of his stats, but he’s said he has no intention of attending UCF-it’s his safety.

Yeah, so I’m guessing we won’t hear back until two or three weeks bc of our stats

I wouldn’t nessessarily say that. The decisions will come out quicker now, then they will in, say, october. They’re probably going to want to get some of this stuff done and over with, because then the real flood of applicants will be applying late october, early november, and then on. I don’t think they’re going to just wait a bit until things get overwhelming.

Idk…

My son applied for Fall 2012 back in mid-August and his application status has not changed yet. He is a “high stat” kid. I don’t know of ANYONE who has heard yet for UCF 2012 admissions. A friend of mine told me today that the decisions were delayed until October 1.

Oh wow. Does anyone know why? From what writefluidity said, someone has been accepted
