You live in Orlando?</p>
<p>Tampa (Closer to Brandon/Valrico if you know the area well). It’s only about an hour and a half west of all that stuff.</p>
<p>I live about 45 minutes from Tampa. In spring hill area if you know that little town lol</p>
<p>Does anyone know how big UCF lecture halls are? How many students per class?</p>
<p>I heard they are huge.</p>
<p>I would suspect that, but like 100+, 200+? Lol.</p>
<p>The classes at UCF vary in size depending on what the subject is. English composition classes are small and tend to have less than 30 students in each but a chemistry class given in the visual arts building (big auditorium) can have 455!!! Most of my daughter’s math classes have had about 50 kids but there are also some sections that are 150. It does depend on the class. Some of the large classes also meet in smaller discussion sections once a week. Most of the science labs are also small (up to 30 kids).</p>

<p>So I’m sitting here at work, working with my manager, who is like a mother to me, as we’re casually talking about UCF. She insists that I check my status, but I tell her they wouldn’t update it. She continues to push, until I absent mindedly check, not paying attention, and it says…</p>

<p>Anyone who is worried they won’t get in, I am hope for you. I had a 22 ACT, and only about a 3.2 GPA. </p>
