A friend of mine told me recently that it is a worse idea to do Early Action at GA Tech. Ive been born and raised in suburban Georgia, and I am of South-Asian descent. Could someone tell if if this is true for me? And if so, why? Thanks in advance!
I’m not very familiar with GA Tech, but for Fall 2017, the Early Action acceptance rate for Georgia residents was 49%. Those seem like pretty good odds, and the Early Action decision is non-binding, so it’s not clear why there would be any downside.
