So, what do you do when your heart has been crushed into itty bitty pieces?

Give em’ the finger and suck it up and move on.

I wrote. I put down everything in my head, everything I wanted to say, on paper. I listened to Bon Iver and The Smiths, cause they make me feel better. If you have someone to vent to, talk to them. Cry if you need to. Let it all out.

And then, you try to move on.

D’aww does preamble need a hug?

I get some KFC and rewatch White Chicks.

-write a story about the relationship from a third person point of view (sounds so strange, but it helped me).
-help other people feel better about themselves
-distract yourself, do anything you can to keep your mind busy (i can’t stop thinking about a guy and i literally always think about him, so i need to find ways to distract myself)
-be open to dating other people, flirt with other people
-think kindly of the person who broke your heart (particuarly hard for me, but wishing him well and trying to see things from his perspective helps me, because the less bitter i feel, the more i feel i can move on)
-listen to taylor swift
-just let your heart break, because then you can start to get over it.

lol these things are what help me, but i’m still not over someone, so i don’t have much else.

Depends. Did you get dumped, or were you just rejected?

depends what happened

I’d suggest investing in a vape pen.

A few months ago was the first time it actually happened. Couldn’t eat for days… Wrote a poem about it, though. That usually helps if I’m emotional, but it didn’t help completely.

What’s a heart?
