<p>well, i couldn't afford the $500 bucks either on my own checking account, so I asked my mom if she could use hers. Ask your parents.. And if they can't afford it then I'd advise you to loan or borrow from somewhere because if you lose housing, you're going to go through such a s h i t t y time looking for housing off campus.</p>
<p>i would say try very hard to get that $500 in even if you have to borrow the money from your parents or other relatives/friends. i was in the same situation but i could just ask my parents for the $500 and then pay them back after i recieved aid and scholarship money. if that is not an option for you, ask around to see if any of your relatives would be willing to lend you that money because you can pay them back in a matter of a few weeks. i have a friend who didn't get housing and is having a lot of trouble finding off campus apartments so try to avoid that at all costs.</p>
<p>o i hope u figured it out. basically if u don't do it by today the ppl at orientation said ur prob not gonna get housing or u might get placed in revelle housing if ur even tht lucky</p>
