<p>S was WL and just got off both of them within 24 hours of each other and is having a very, VERY, VERY hard time deciding...he loved them both. Loyola will give him a week but PC needs an answer postmarked by tomorrow.</p>
<p>He will major in business - not sure specifics yet. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. We live in CT. HELP!</p>
<p>Does he want to be near home…or out here in sunny CA. My son is actually off the Philly in Sept…gets to experience his first “real” winter! All kidding aside, I know lots of kids who have been very happy at Loyola…good luck!!</p>
<p>It’s Loyola MARYLAND…so, not so sunny. He’ll still have winter in both places, unfortunately.</p>
<p>PC is just over 2 hours and Loyola is almost 5 hours by car.</p>
<p>If they really are the same, which is cheaper? If that is the same, go with the closer school and YOU will be happier. I was surprised at how often my D wants to come home.</p>
<p>Congrats to your son, great news. Would think he needs to " go with his gut " at this point considering the short window for a decision. Both good schools, both similar academically, probably similar student bodies. Does he want closer to home or further away? They’re pretty similarly sized right, if not, does that make a difference to him? Where does he FEEL the most comfortable? Good Luck, he’s got two great choices.</p>
<p>Wow Momtravels, nothing like a ticking clock to force the decision! You would think they would at least give you a week! Can’t wait until the decision has been made and tohear how you all came about making it. Does this mean a check was not sent to UVM?</p>
