so, today was my last day of winter sessions and im 95% sure that I will get an A in the class (intro to business). Aced everything (teacher told me all my scores), but of course he hasnt graded the final since i just took it an hour ago. but I'm positive i got an A on it.
sooo...the academic update states that we may input our winter session grade in the update if we already received our grade.
this A would help me out a whole bunch to my overall transferrable GPA. and i even think it would help me out the point of being accepted or not being accepted, all being dependent on if i input this A!

should i do it? can i even do this?
:/.....

well… the winter semester is over and if you are 100% positive you will get an A, why not? I wouldn’t do it if you still had 2-3 weeks left of class, but like I said, since it’s over…

Double check when the winter semester is over. The update is due today, so if the winter semester ends in a few days, I wouldn’t do it. I know a lot of schools officially end the semester a few days after finals. Students might still have to take finals on Friday or Saturday. This whole situation is in a grey area.

hmm…well im pretty sure the session is over today. i dont know if we had any friday or saturday classes for the winter session…
BTW, this class is part of my major pre-req!
im stressing now. i want to put that A…but what IF for some odd reason (suuuuper odd) i end up with a B and then i get rejected from all UCs because they think im lying :(

so, my sister did the math and even if i get a B in the final (worst situation) ill still get an A in the class!

now, i posted on a new thread asking if the UCs base your grades and overall GPA on what you inputted on the application
and then if they accept you, you have to provide transcripts…is this how it works??

Remember you can still update after the deadline. Its not a good idea to do it, but if you input the A now and next week find out you got an A-, then you will be able to change it.

thanks :). can anyone that knows answer my question about the UCs checking your grades when they accept you? is this true? so as of now the grades i provided is basically what they go off of?

Yes they verify the transcripts after you SIR. That means if you omit ANYTHING (Ws, repeated grades, etc) they can and most likely will rescind you.
