<p>When I go through the registration process, I go through everything, and put in the credit card number. When I hit "submit," the top of the page says, "No address selected" in red. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. So I guess I'm not actually registered for the ACTs yet. </p>

<p>This happened to me and I called the ACT. They did my registration over the phone and charged me the online price. Just give them a call.</p>
