HELP! Apartments

Do you guys know of any good apartment complexes I can check out to rent for next school year? So far I have:

Atrium Court
Midvale Luxury Apts.
Levering Heights
Club CA

Are there any more?

I'm starting to panic because I'm only on 1 waitlist, and can't seem to find any good apts on craigslist within my $750/person price range.

Really? 750/person should be really easy to find, well.. if you're looking for 2x2. Although you are starting late in the game. Midvale and Atrium has a sister apartment complex called Kelton Plaza. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom place, Westwood Apartments @ 415 Gayley may have some available. At this time though, you should probably deciding on a place and putting the money down instead of being waitlisted.

i havent even heard back from any of the places im wait listed at yet. (i got on the wait lists like february)

Deuces, what's the address for Kelton Plaza?

edit: never mind, it's 430 kelton, and they told me they only have 1 bedrooms available.

You need to call back consistently and just bug them, they'll move you up the lists if you act super interested, since all they care about is filling the spots. I'd say Midvale isn't a bad spot to be, but not... the greatest deal? You could try Strathmore Regency (it's up the hill that's behind levering/strathmore, kind of a journey, but supposedly nice).

I checked out the Strathmore Regency website, and it seems nice. I'll give them a call tomorrow. I didn't know it existed until you mentioned it; thanks Deuces!

If anyone knows of any more apartments north of Wilshire, please let me know!

i'd suggest you walk down kelton/midvale/landfair/strathmore...etc and look for those leasing/rooms available/leasing for fall signs. they're more reliable than website postings!

Also, club ca are not for rent, they're for purchase i think. I called last year and that's what they said.

Yeah I've walked around and found some apartments that way, a lot of them are already full though.

Club CA's units are individually owned, so each owner is responsible for renting out their rooms if they so choose; the building management doesn't handle the rentals.

same here
