Help boost math SAT?

Ok. I'm a junior, will be graduating c/o 2010, and Im having some trouble with the SAT, mainly the math section. I'm normally an excellent math student, I've made all A's in math in hs, taken AP Stats, and im in AP Calc A/B now.
I'm top of my class, will be NMS, National AP Scholar, etc. Im mainly looking at UChicago, Columbia, and UPenn, all schools that rely heavily on testing scores. Anyways

Freshman year- 1950 (took for practice, absolutely no prep or idea of what was going on...especially on the essay)
CR-750, M-640, W-560

Junior Year-
PSAT-221, CR-77, M-67, W-77

January- 2130
CR-760, M-660, W-710

March-2200
CR-740, M-700, W-760 (mc=79, essay=8)
*2200

Anyways, I want to go into engineering or a science related field, so I really need to bump my math score up. I took a Princeton Review class last summer, but did not feel that it really helped me. I've studied mainly using those 'Math on the SAT books' and I havent studied for CR or W at all. I feel pretty confident that if i put some effort in I can get 780+ in W and CR, but idk what do do about math. Any suggestions? What helped you to boost your math score? I hear that its the easiest to bring up, but not for me. I'd like a 750+.

Also, I'm taking Math II in May, and retaking SAT I in June. The only thing I haven't done really is practice tests, which i hear are helpful, but i never really have time for. After AP exams are over I should have a lot more time tho, so Im planning on doing those. I'm hoping to have this be my last time taking the SAT this June, since I know colleges frown on students taking it a million times and im running out of test dates haha.

I really do think that you are an overachiever/perfectionist. Your math score is spectacular because it seems you forgot your math score is 720/800.

im confused. what?

are you talking about what i said on another thread? i checked my score on my blackberry this morning and misread (or my subconscious intentionally mislead me…). i thought i got a 720, but i printed out a copy for my counselor when i got to school and sure enough i got a 700, not a 720. ;(
i wouldn’t be happy with either score, and knew if i didnt have above a 750+ id have to retake. yes, this may seem to be an overachiever wish and I realize that to many a 700 is still a good score. However, virtually ALL engineering schools have middle 50% SAT math ranges that are approx 740-780. I know the whole ‘colleges look at other factors’ spiel, but in order to be a competitive candidate (and to get merit aid at many schools) i have to at the very least be in the middle 50% range.

I just took my SAT for the first time, and I am in a very similar situation as you. I get all As in math class. I am currently a junior in Pre-Calc.

Score:
750-CR
660-M

730-W (70 MC/11 E)

2140

I really dont know what to do either. I took princeton review and am not the least bit satisfied!

Do a math section every day. Only allow yourself the same amount of time that you would in the real test situation.

^ What’s a good source for lots of realistic math sections? There are only so many CB tests out there.
