Help!! can i revise essays after QB deadline?

<p>If I submit my essays to Questbridge and then use those essays for schools that require Commonapps, should revise those essays and make them better on the common app?</p>

<p>also, I got 2030 on the SAT the first time, then 1950 the second time.
I got 33 on the ACT the first time, but 29 the second time. However, I improved my essay writing from 8 to 10 on my second try with the ACT. Does this look bad for colleges? Should I say I had varying responsibilities that hindered my study time?</p>

<p>first of all, yes, your common application essay does not have to be the same. if you’re going to revise, though, you might as well just write a new essay. What good enough for QB should be good enough for your other colleges.
I would list both scores, simply because it’s normal to go down sometimes. I got a 32, then a 21, then a 33. I put all three, since on some I had higher subsection scores.</p>
