There’s no way to definitively say whether you are in or not. Current student here and I do believe they mean it when they say they take on your application holistically. From a glance, it seems like your test scores (CR+M) are in range, but your GPA is slightly on the low side. It’s hard to tell from your list of EC without context about how long you have been involved in them or how the course rigor fits in the context of your school, but those are things they will also consider. I got into William and Mary last year with a 3.91 and 720(CR)+800(M)+720(W)
AND I am an international student from China.
I have noticed that everyone is scoring higher each year. Hopefully it wouldn’t be too hard for you.
