HELP! college decision: Santa Clara U or UH - Manoa?

I've gotten accepted to both but I'm having a horrible time choosing between the two. Santa Clara U has a strong academic program but UH - Manoa is considerably cheaper than SCU. Money plays an important factor with my parents. I'm leaning towards doing something with art (leaning towards Advertising or Commercial Photography) but I'm not quite sure yet. I figure college is a place where I can find what I excell in. My financial aid package from SCU was more or less loans with $10,000 in grant money and $2500 in work study. I just don't wanna end up still paying for students loans in 40 years. If anything, I was considering still applying to Academy of Art University in SF but it's a proprietary school.. a for-profit business. Just kind of seems sketchy to me.

Anyone care to comment?

I personally think investing in a school that is not a UC or a top private like Pomona, Claremont, Stanford, USC, Cal Tech, is definetly not worth it if you are going to go to school in Cali. UC outshines some of the privates like Santa Clara (in my opinion). I would chose UH Manoa. But that's just my opinion.
