Help... college is stressing me out...

I am currently in a faze where I have no idea what is going to happen in the future. I am currently a junior and I have a 3.75 GPA and rank 93 out of 300 in my grade. I have currently been in the swim team for 2 years and been manager for this year for health reasons. I am going to do cross country next year. I took my SAT’s first in November 2015 and got 1510. Then I retook it in January 2016 and got 1470. I know that’s not a big drop, but I am still sad and dumbfounded. I am not a very good test taker as shown, and my parents want me to take ACT’s , but I don’t know if I really want to take another chance at studying and failing. I’m also live in the US with an expired social security number and don’t know if I can even get a citizenship here. My mom and dad’s financial situation is not good. They barely make $25k in an year and I can’t even get a job since I have no social security number. I want to major in criminology and backup is teacher. I want to go to Penn State, which is my top choice, but I don’t know if I can go in. Also I kind of want to go to University at Albany, TCNJ, Ohio University, American University, Rutgers, University of Cincinnati, University of Maryland, or Temple University. My parents want me to go to a good school where people know it’s name like Rutgers or Penn State or University of Washington, but I don’t know if that’s even important in life to get a job. And since I am not a US citizen, how will I get a job in the US? I would ask my school counselor, however she doesn’t give me great advice at all. As you can see, my life’s a mess. So please help me decide my future. I’m in a dark haze right now. Thanks.

The jobs that you want depend on the skills and qualifications you have for that job. When applying for a job, be sure to have a copy of your resume and possibly a cover letter made out in advance. Always do mock or practice interviews and learn tips on how to navigate the interview process. You need plenty of experiences for at least a few years before you get that dream job. Dont expect it to be handed to you. Use common sense when making decisions. Do not believe every word you hear. Always think critically.

Make sure your grammar and punctuation is all correct, impeccable, flawless. If you are a minority, you definitely want to stand out and try to be the best you can be. If you dont, you will be mocked.
