Help, don't know what career to pursue, class of 2014

Hey so I have straight As and what not in both social sciences and normal sciences but I always did better in social sciences like psychology, US history, over normal sciences like chemistry and biology. And I'm really debating on majoring in economics- to become a business man or go to law school and become a corporate lawyer (sorta like Harvey specter in Suits, lol jk) OR go to major in biomedical studies/biology to be a surgeon (not sure what kind yet).
Some characteristics of me:
- I'm very much a people person, like people ALWAYS go to me for advice and I'm always taking care of people's feelings over mine UNLESS I think mine is that serious
- I can be very sensitive
- I'm a good public speaker
- I always analyze situations before I act
- I'm always in a leadership position, whether it be for a club/organization or group project

Yeah since I'm a senior (class of 2014) I'm debating on doing Early decision to UPenn Wharton, or yale (to do biomed or biology)
So please guys help me out haha

You don’t need to know what career you want to do or even what you want to major in at this point. Your major won’t determine your career.
You can major in anything and still go to law school or medical school.

I would personally get a taste of both worlds. If you’re leaning more towards medicine, shadow a doctor. It doesn’t matter what kind of doctor, it can range from internal medicine to radiology; an early exposure to this can really help you pave a road for you. I’ve talked to a cardiologist and a pediatrician (soon to be neonatologist) about the field of human medicine, and It wasn’t my cup of tea. The same thing goes of law, see if you can intern or shadow a lawyer, just see what the field is about. You have to be proactive, find what’s right for you.

Personally, I think law is right up your ally based on your characteristics.

Think about where your passion lies. What was your favorite class? Why? BTW, I like the Suits reference. lol
