Help, Drexel or Northeastern university

<p>I have had admissions for phd in electrical engineering from both drexel and northeastern universities.
the amount of financial aid of both universities are the same. I like are of research of both universities.</p>

<p>Which one do you think I should choose?? (considering ranking, city and anything that is important)</p>
